Deposit and Payment of Fares

$100 per person at time of booking for land content, plus full airfare component in order to guarantee the fares. The balance of fares will be payable thirty days prior to your departure. Bookings made within 14 days of travel will attract a priority booking fee of $25. Travel documents requiring express post or courier delivery will attract priority dispatch fees. Packages paid for by credit card attract a 1.5% surcharge.

Travel Programme Cancellation

Tas Vacations reserves the right to cancel tour programmes prior to departure for reasons which are beyond the control of the company such as industrial disputes or the inability of a supplier to deliver services. In this event, Tas Vacations will refund monies paid prior to cancellation less any charges imposed by other contractors and charges incurred by Tas Vacations. Groups and Coach Tours

Special group rates apply to tours of 16 or more passengers. Tailor made itineraries available for groups of 10 to 45 people with FOC arrangements for professional tour escorts travelling with 16 or more people. Travel Insurance and Fares

It is strongly recommended to all intending travellers to ask your Travel Agent for full details. All fares and other prices listed in this brochure are those supplied from time to time by suppliers of transport, accommodation and other services, and whilst every effort is made to ensure price stability, forces outside the control of Tas Vacations and suppliers, such as currency fluctuations and costs of fuels, may result in price changes. Responsibility

Tas Vacations Pty Ltd acts only as agent for suppliers or service providers in booking or arranging all transport, sightseeing, hotel accommodation and other travel services. Tas Vacations does not own, manage, control or operate any suppliers of services associated with this tour programme. All tickets, receipts and coupons issued to travellers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the end suppliers of the services to be performed. By accepting the tickets, receipts or coupons and utilising the services, each traveller agrees that neither Tas Vacations, its parent company nor any of its subsidiary companies or representatives shall be liable for any injury to passengers or damage or loss of their belongings suffered in connection with any travel related suppliers, services or resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences outside their control including breakdown of equipment, strikes, thefts, delay or cancellation, or changes to the itinerary or the schedule.
