Only 30 minutes’ drive from Hobart CBD, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary is run to protect and assist our wildlife. Showcasing our unique Tasmanian fauna, visitors are able to explore the sanctuary at their own pace, enjoy one of the daily public tours or get up close in a behind-the-scenes experience. Bonorong aims to promote an inspiring conservation message that will stay with each visitor long after they have passed through the old wooden gates.

Tour Details:

• Open 9:00am to 5:00pm, 7 days per week
• General Admission
  Complimentary kangaroo food and entry to daily tours at 10am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm
• Feeding Frenzy
  2.5 hours of feeding fun, two sessions available daily at 10:00am and 1:30pm, groups of 8 or less
• Private Premium Feeding Frenzy
  3 hours of exclusive feeding and educational fun, just for you and your friends. The tour includes a glass of Tasmanian bubbles, beer, cider or juice and an extensive session on Tasmanian devils. An experienced member of the keeping staff will be your guide for the duration of this intimate, private tour. Sessions available daily at 1.30pm. Groups of 8 or less
• Bonorong Night Tour
  2.5 hours of feeding fun, see our nocturnal animals at their most active, groups of 16 or less
• Private Premium Night Tour
  3 hours of exclusive feeding and educational fun, just for you and your friends. The tour includes a glass of Tasmanian bubbles, beer, cider or juice and an extensive session on Tasmanian devils. An experienced member of the keeping staff will be your guide for the duration of this intimate, private tour. Groups of 8 or less.
• Night Tours commence anytime between 5:00pm and 6:00pm; time will be confirmed upon booking.
